Exposed concrete columns and slabs are preserved in their raw state, revealing the building's constructive logic and temporal layers. Volumes clad in radica stone introduce depth and weight, defining circulation and zones of intimacy. Lime-coated surfaces diffuse light with quiet precision, adding texture to the restrained spatiality.
There are no ornaments; only matter, geometry, and atmosphere. Here, the void is not absence, but structure. The space holds presence without declaring it.
