Combining modern minimalist lines with the calm and restrained Oriental aesthetic, the building features large windows that bring light into the courtyard, incorporating natural greenery and serene light and shadow into daily life. The space, with its restrained aesthetics and deep textures, creates a composed residence in the city that is not loud. This plan is based on a modern minimalist theme, abandoning complex decorations and using simple lines, warm woodwork, and soft lighting to create a comfortable atmosphere. The overall space emphasizes transparency and practicality. Through an open layout, ceiling-light-free lighting, and restrained color combinations, it creates a serene, healing, and textured living environment, returning to the essence of life.

Designing a space is not just about a visually sophisticated appearance, but also about the real-life realization of living and details. We insist on starting from the genuine feelings of the residents, avoiding excessive decoration, and only retaining the most restrained, comfortable, and timeless expressions. We place human experience at the core, integrating comfort, practicality, and warmth into every detail of the space. Large windows bring in natural light, shadows, and greenery, blending the interior with everyday life; warm materials and calm tones balance each other, creating a quiet, relaxed, and textured atmosphere. The design accommodates the needs of all ages, fulfilling the familial warmth of shared moments while preserving each individual’s personal retreat; it provides both efficient, smooth living flows and private spaces for mental and physical healing.

The living room uses off-white as the base color, with a dark gray fabric sofa and a light beige armchair creating a soft contrast. The carpet is chosen in a similar color, which neither stands out abruptly nor fails to highlight the sense of layering. The large floor-to-ceiling windows not only ensure the entry of light but also bring greenery indoors. White sheer curtains filter out harsh light, allowing natural light to gently fill the space. The TV feature wall, combining wood finishes and marble, balances the warmth and coolness of materials. Floor lamps and art pieces are placed in between, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated resting atmosphere.
