Through a comprehensive renovation, the originally plain and unremarkable layout of the living room was re-planned to become a more comfortable and distinctive space.

Through meticulous organization and the retention of memories, Hêpah has become a dwelling where memory and modernity coexist, each enriching the other.

The project extends beyond the site itself, creating a living experience that emphasizes the vegetation and topographical features, and further strengthening the connection between the building and the surrounding environment.

The building, with its clear and restrained lines and simple material language, creates a peaceful and warm living space for the occupants.

The entire project is based on a clear and firm concept: elderly care housing should not only be able to, but also should possess the warmth and sense of belonging of a home.

The project fully leverages the gentle terrain and open space of the site, avoiding visual interference from nearby residences while establishing a more open and comfortable living experience.
